A tribute to the winemaker’s great-grandmother
Anna, Saint-Émilion Grand cru
A wine symbolizing the vineyard’s perpetuation.

Concentrated aromas
Saint-Émilion Grand Cru
At the end of the ageing process at Clos Dubreuil, barrels and batches, distinguished by greater accessibility on the palate, are blended. The first vintage is from 2004. Its name is a tribute to Benoît Trocard’s great-grandmother who kept the estate going during the First World War while the men were away at the front. It’s thanks to her that the winery was able to survive.
Accessible aromas

With the same aromas as the Clos Dubreuil, Anna is more accessible on the palate. One can detect the presence of ripe fruits (red, black and blue) and smooth tannins for greater drinkability. It’s a luscious and pleasurable wine for early drinking. Even if it is a wine that ages well, like the Clos Dubreuil, it reaches maturation earlier than the latter.
A voluptuous, flamboyant nectar

Anna Vintage

2020 Vintage
Just like its big brother, the 2020 vintage of Anna is an absolute success. The wine is an admirable concentration distinguished by bewitching fresh aromas. Now more accessible, it is subtle and elegant on the palate, finishing with a gorgeous mineral-salty texture coated with red fruits.
